Delta Tau Fraters, along with the rushes participated in the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk. The walk was held Stanley Park in Westfield, MA and we had great attendance with over 40 rushes and Fraters coming to support the great cause! We were able to raise over $300 and we had a great time.

AZO Kisses Away Cancer
Our annual Kiss Away Cancer is a fundraiser held around Valentine's Day. "Kisses" are sold for $1 each, which allows for a kiss or lips emoji to be displayed on the schools' mock pharmacy throughout the week. We are always grateful for the huge amount of support we get.
All proceeds from this fundraiser were donated to the Lustgarten Foundation: Pancreatic Cancer Research Center.

In February and March, our chapter gets the chance to volunteer at our local Habitat for Humanity sites in Springfield. The work is very rewarding, as fraters get to work alongside families in need by renovating and building new homes in our community. With more affordable housing ,families have more resources to provide education, childcare, and resources for their children.

Day of Service
At our annual College of Pharmacy Day of Service, our chapter combined with other organizations on campus to provide service to the local Forest Park in Springfield. Collaboration among College of Pharmacy organizations is something that we try to prioritize in our service events.
Western Massachusetts is a great area that offers endless opportunity for collaboration for our pharmacy students. Regardless if we are assisting at a service event for senior citizens, or assisting at a local health fair, expect to see our Delta Tau fraters in the community educating and making a difference.
